1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 2, 2011 No. 767 "About approval of Rules of transportations of passengers and baggage by road transport" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2011, No. 45, the Art. 611) the following changes and amendments:

6. When implementing regular motor transportations of passengers and baggage the carrier provides availability on the vehicle of the route sheet which is drawn up by carrier on change or flight, with marks about passing of pretrip (prereplaceable) medical examination of the driver and technical inspection of the vehicle in form according to appendix 3 to these rules.";

The carriers performing motor transportations of passengers and baggage provide pretrip (prereplaceable) technical inspection and timely replacement of buses, minibuses, trolleybuses in case of their defect.

At the same time the buses, minibuses, trolleybuses used in case of motor transportations of passengers and baggage shall conform to requirements of the corresponding standards.";
