About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of May 3, 2010 No. 226

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of May 3, 2010, No. 226 "About Committee on cases of religion under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan" the following changes:

- in the name and the text of the word "Committee on Cases of Religion" shall be replaced with words "Committee on cases of religion, streamlining of national traditions, celebrations and ceremonies";

- in Item 3 to replace figure "34" with figure "41";

- in Item 5 to replace the word "two" with the word "tri";

- in Item 7 of the word "Department of Cases of Religion" and "Sector for Religion" to replace respectively with the words "Department of Cases of Religion, Streamlining of National Traditions, Celebrations and Ceremonies" and "Sector for Religion, Streamlinings of National Traditions, Celebrations and Ceremonies";

- state Item 8 in the following edition:

"Financing of maintenance costs of Committee on cases of religion, streamlining of national traditions, celebrations and ceremonies under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan for 35 established posts to perform 8) at the expense of means of the republican budget and for 6 established posts at the expense of special means of Committee."
