in Rules of election to position, the terminations of the powers and dismissal of akims of the cities of district value, rural districts, settlements and villages of the Republic of Kazakhstan which are not part of the rural district, approved by the above-named Decree:

"8. The electoral bodies organizing preparation and elections of akims are regional, district (city) electoral commissions.";

add with Item 8-1 of the following content:

"8-1. Regional electoral commission:
