1. Establish the following order of registration customs authorities of the Russian Federation of foreign persons, being the party in the contract with the Russian person (Russian persons) according to which the foreign goods placed under customs regime of conversion on customs area are imported (are imported) on customs area of the Russian Federation (further hereinafter is referred to as - the agreement):

1) for the purpose of registration of the foreign person, being the party in the agreement (further hereinafter is referred to as - the foreign person), the statement of the foreign person in Russian is attached to the statement of the Russian person for issue of the license for conversion of goods to it on customs area of the Russian Federation (further hereinafter is referred to as - the license), which moves in the customs authority of the Russian Federation granting the license.

The statement of the foreign person shall contain the following data:

full name of the foreign person;

country and place of registration, country and location of the foreign person;

bank account details of the foreign person which will be used for carrying out the transactions provided in the agreement;
