This Law governs the relations connected with calculation and payment of patent payment, the circle of payers, the size and payment procedure of patent payment establishes.
The patent payment is the obligatory and non-paid payment replacing the income tax and the value added tax from the physical persons performing the activities provided by this Law paid to the government budget in sizes and the terms established by this Law.
1. For payers of patent payment regarding the relations regulated by this Law the tax benefits established by the tax legislation on the income tax and the value added tax stop, and also deductions from gross income in case of determination of the leviable income are not considered.
1. In the Republic of Armenia the physical persons who are not individual entrepreneurs submitted to the terms established by this Law and procedure the statement declaration in tax authorities in the place of their accounting (residence, activities implementation) and answering to the conditions established by parts 2 and 3 of this Article, that is the types of activity performing only logging into the Application which is considered as integral part of this Law are considered as payers of patent payment.
