1. Approve the Statement of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine: "About initiative of the international negotiations on de-escalation of situation around Ukraine" it (is applied).

2. To provide to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine acquaintance of the international community with line item of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine concerning initiative of the international negotiations on de-escalation of situation around Ukraine expressed in the statement.

3. This Resolution becomes effective from the date of its acceptance.

About initiative of the international negotiations on de-escalation of situation around Ukraine

Emphasizing that Ukraine is the sovereign and independent, democratic, social and constitutional state which territory within existing internationally acknowledged border is complete and inviolable;

emphasizing that the right to determine and change the constitutional system in Ukraine belongs only to its people which perform the power directly and through public authorities and local government bodies;

proceeding from the fact that determination of fundamentals of foreign and domestic policy of the state belongs to powers of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine under article 85 of the Constitution of Ukraine;

confirming non-recognition of the fact of annexation of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea by the Russian Federation which resulted from unprovoked Russian aggression against Ukraine and illegal occupation of the Crimean peninsula aggressor,
