About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 968

1. Bring in the Regulations on the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 968 "Questions of the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 129, 5/22712; 2010, No. 134, 5/31941; 2011, No. 101, 5/34394; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 29.05.2013, 5/37295), following changes and amendments:
in subitem 4.24 of item 4 to "appendix" shall be replaced with words the word to "appendix 1";
add Item 6 with subitem 6.4 of the following content:
"6.4. economic societies, shares (shares in authorized funds) of which belong to administrative and territorial units, according to appendix 2.";
in signature stamp of appendix to this Provision the word "Appendix" shall be replaced with words "Appendix 1";
add the Provision with appendix 2 it (is applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
