To the upper part of silk tape the plate of golden color of 40 mm x 5 mm in size, to the lower part golden plate with national ornament, to the lower part plate of golden color of 40 mm x 7 mm in size fastens.";

1.5. in part five of the word "made of similar silk tape with the image of half moon and star of 27 mm x 9 mm in size" shall be replaced with words "made of similar silk tape of 37 mm x 10 mm in size".
