2. Approve the Procedure for confirmation of conformity of office, civil weapon and ammunition to it to requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan in the field of technical regulation and standardization (appendix 2).
3. Under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to provide to standardization agency, metrology, certification and trade inspection process of maintaining and the edition of the State inventory and certification of office, civil weapon and ammunition to it.
