1. Approve Instructions on the mechanism of intersectoral cooperation in the field of identification, assessment, the direction, the help and monitoring of children - the victims and potential victims of violence, neglect, operation and trade it (is applied).

3. Recommend to bodies of local public authority to take the measures necessary for ensuring application of Instructions on the mechanism of intersectoral cooperation in the field of identification, assessment, the direction, the help and monitoring of children - the victims and potential victims of violence, neglect, operation and trade within internal working procedures.

4. To the ministries responsible in the field to provide within the established competences, coordinating of sales activity and to monitoring of actions for application of the approved Instructions.
