About introduction of amendments to the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan about trade and economic cooperation in the field of oil supply and oil products to the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 9, 2010.

being guided by the Agreement on creation of single customs area and forming of the Customs union of October 6, 2007,

according to article 8 of the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan about trade and economic cooperation in the field of oil supply and oil products to the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 9, 2010 (further - the Agreement),

considering other international agreements of state members of the Customs union constituting the contractual legal base of the Customs union

agreed as follows:

Article 1

Make the following changes to the Agreement:

1) article 3 of the Agreement to add with the paragraph of the following content:

"The oil and oil products classified in group 27 of the Single commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union (further - FEACN CU), exported since January 1, 2014 from the Russian Federation to the Republic of Kazakhstan for the purpose of accounting are subject to customs declaring in the Russian Federation as though they were exported out of limits of customs area of the Customs union.";

2) paragraphs two and third article 6 of the Agreement to replace with the text of the following content:

"The Kazakhstan Side for the oil products imported into the period from January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2013 inclusive to the Republic of Kazakhstan performs counter oil supply to the Russian Federation.
