1. Approve Regulations on procedure for creation of insurance seed fund and its use, according to appendix.
2. Assign to the minister of innovative development of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the chairman of the board of JSC Uzpakhtasanoat, Uzdonmakhsulot joint-stock company, the Chairman of the board of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, hokim of areas and areas the personal responsibility for implementation of measures for creation, storage and use of insurance seed fund in strict accordance with the legislation.
3. To the ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on Information analysis department concerning agricultural and water economy, conversion of agricultural and food products of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
