About formation of Council of national investors in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Form Council of national investors in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Council).
2. Approve Regulations on Council.
2-1. To the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan to submit for consideration to the Head of state of the offer on staff of Council in a month.
3. Recognize invalid some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this Decree.
4. This Decree becomes effective from the date of signing.
