About economy of public funds and non-admissions of losses of the budget

For the purpose of stabilization of economic situation in the state and economical and rational use of public funds the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve actions for economical and rational use of the public funds provided for content of public authorities and other state bodies, formed by public authorities of the companies, organizations and the organizations which use means of the government budget, according to appendix.

2. Determine that:

1) the minister can have no more than four deputies, including the first deputy minister and the deputy minister - the chief of staff;

2) cars which are on balance of the public authorities and other state bodies formed by public authorities of the companies, organizations and the organizations which use means of the government budget and are released in connection with implementation of the actions approved by this resolution realization is subject;

3) means from realization of the state residences, state dachas, rest houses, improving organizations, the cars which are on balance of public authorities and other state bodies, formed by public authorities of the companies, organizations and the organizations which use means of the government budget are enlisted in general of fund of the government budget.

3. Recommend to Board of the Pension fund of Ukraine, board of funds of obligatory national social insurance:

1) to establish specific weight of expenses on the organization of work (administrative, organizational and managerial, capital expenditures, expenses on informatization) in the income without remaining balance for previous year in the following sizes:
