Approve the enclosed procedure for making of separate customs transactions when using customs regime of duty-free trade (appendix 1) and mandatory requirements to arrangement of warehouses of duty-free shop if such warehouses are located outside check points through Frontier of the Russian Federation (appendix 2).

2. Declare invalid from coming into force of this order:

- the order of the State Customs Committee of Russia of 23.07.1999 N 468 "About approval of the Regulations on customs regime of duty-free shop" (it is registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation 18.01. 2000, registration N 2053);
