high-quality carrying out studying and objective assessment by their results of condition of implementation and development of information and communication technologies in bodies of the public and economic board, the government on places;
in case of development of questionnaires of studying on each body of the public and economic board, the government on places reflection of the tasks and requirements delivered before them government decisions on implementation and further development of information and communication technologies.
