About modification of Rules of rendering services of mobile communication

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of rendering services of mobile communication approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 25, 2005 No. 328 (The Russian Federation Code, 2005, No. 22, Art. 2133; 2007, No. 7, Art. 898; No. 43, Art. 5194; 2008, No. 8, Art. 749; 2011, No. 42, Art. 5922).

2. Determine that from December 1, 2013 to April 7, 2014 the operator of mobile communication in whose communication network transferring of subscriber number is performed has the right to determine independently date and time (hour) of the beginning of rendering services of mobile communication with use of the postponed subscriber number which are specified in the service provision agreement of mobile communication providing use of the postponed subscriber number. The specified start date of rendering services of mobile communication with use of the postponed subscriber number cannot be determined after April 15, 2014. At the same time the operator of mobile communication in whose communication network transferring of subscriber number is performed shall:

begin rendering services of mobile communication with use of the postponed subscriber number within one hour with time specified in the agreement;
