1. Approve:

- Regulations on the certificate with honors universal with gold and silver medal, the certificate with honors in the directions, with gold and silver medal (appendix 1);

- special documents of the state sample (appendix 2,3,4,5,6,7);

- sketches of gold and silver medals (appendix 8,9).

2. To the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan:

- in two-month time to bring industry regulatory legal acts into accord with this Provision;

- within allocated funds for industry to provide means for preparation of certain quantity of gold, silver medals and certificates with honors.

3. Recognize invalid the orders of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of April 19, 2001 as No. 201 "About some questions of comprehensive schools", of November 3, 2001, No. 495 "About approval of the Regulations on rewarding with gold medal of graduates of comprehensive schools of the Republic of Tajikistan" and of February 5, 2003, No. 55 "About some questions of comprehensive schools".
