1. Approve the List of diseases and physical defects in the presence of which permission to acquisition of weapon is not issued to the citizen (appendix 1).

2. Approve the Procedure for passing by citizens of medical examination for acquisition of weapon (appendix 2).

3. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Republic of Tajikistan to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.

- organic frustration, including symptomatic, mental disturbances;

- schizophrenia, shizotipichesky and crazy frustration;

- frustration of mood (affective frustration);

- the neurotic frustration connected with stress and somatoformny frustration;

- the behavioural syndromes connected with physiological violations and physical factors:

- intellectual backwardness;

- frustration of the personality and behavior at mature age;

- disorders of psychological development;
