Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning gas supply

In Rules of supply of gas for ensuring household needs of the citizens approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 21, 2008 No. 549 "About procedure for supply of gas for ensuring household needs of citizens" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, No. 30, Art. 3635; 2011, No. 22, Art. 3168; 2013, No. 21, Art. 2648):

a) in the subitem "v" of Item 45 to replace figure "3" with figure "2";

b) state Item 46 in the following edition:

"46. Before agreement performance suspension the supplier of gas shall send to the subscriber the notification by mail the registered mail (with the notification on its delivery) about the forthcoming suspension of supply of gas and its reasons not later than 20 calendar days about day of suspension of supply of gas.".
