1. Approve the Program for development and entering into Legislative house of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan of drafts of the laws and other regulatory legal acts for 2014 (further - the Program), according to appendix.
2. To provide to deputy prime ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, managers of information analysis departments of the Cabinet of Ministers, heads of bodies of the public and economic board high-quality preparation and timely entering into the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of the drafts of the laws included in the Program.
3. Assign to heads of the bodies of the public and economic board determined as contractors by project development of the laws according to the Program, the personal responsibility for:
quality of the prepared analytical materials, including on studying of the international documents and legislations of foreign countries, legislations of the Republic of Uzbekistan and law-enforcement practice, and also justification of offers on the acceptability of the corresponding foreign experience in conditions of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
timely consideration and approval in accordance with the established procedure drafts of the laws, organization and conducting their public examination.
