1. Approve enclosed:

2) standard of the state service "Licensing, Renewal of the License for Occupation Activities for Distribution TV, Radio Channels";

3) standard of the state service "Registration, Inventory, Issue of the Duplicate of the Certificate Foreign TV, the Radio Channel Extended to the Territories of the Republic of Kazakhstan";

4) standard of the state service "Registration, Inventory, Issue of the Duplicate of the Certificate of the Periodic Printing Edition and News Agency";

5) standard of the state service "Accounting of the Foreign Periodic Printing Editions Distributed to the Territories of Area, City of Republican Value, the Capital".

2. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Standard of the state service "Registration, Inventory, Issue of the Duplicate of the Certificate Domestic TV, Radio Channel"

1. General provisions

1. The state service "Registration, Inventory, Issue of the Duplicate of the Certificate Domestic TV, Radio Channel" (further - the state service).

2. The standard of the state service is developed by the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Ministry).

3. The state service appears Committee of information and archives of the Ministry (further - the service provider).

Reception of applications and issue of results of rendering the state service are performed through:

1) service provider;

2) the web portal of "the electronic government" www.egov.kz (further - the portal).

1) for issue of the certificate on registration TV, radio channel:

from the physical persons or legal entities creating TV, radio channel of children's and scientific subject - two monthly settlement indicators, the collection operating on payment date;

from the physical persons or legal entities creating TV, radio channel of other subject - five monthly settlement indicators, the collection operating on payment date;

2) the electronic copy of the document confirming payment in the budget of collection (except for payment case through PShEP).

the request in electronic form signed by the EDS of uslugopoluchatel.

For receipt of the duplicate of the certificate the uslugopoluchatel addresses the service provider only in the absence of possibility of receipt of data on the certificate from the corresponding information systems on the portal with submission of the following documents:

1) the request in electronic form signed by the EDS of uslugopoluchatel;

2) the electronic copy of the document confirming payment in the budget of collection (except for payment case through PShEP).

About payment of the license fee (in case of payment through PShEP) containing in the state information systems, the service provider receives data on identity documents of uslugopoluchatel, on state registration (re-registration) of the legal entity, on registration as the individual entrepreneur by means of the portal from the corresponding state information systems in the form of the electronic documents certified by the EDS of the authorized person of state bodies.

Appeal of decisions, actions (bezdeystviye) of the Ministry, the service provider and (or) their officials, concerning rendering the state services: the claim is submitted addressed to the head of the service provider to the address specified in Item 13 of this standard of the state service or addressed to the head of the Ministry of the address: 01000, Astana, Ulitsa Orynbor 8, House of the Ministries, 15th entrance, office 263.
