1. Take into consideration that JSC Uzeltekhsanoat, Goskomkonkurention and the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Uzbekistan the plan of complex measures ("road map") for conclusion from financial crisis, unprofitability, economic insolvency of JSC Oniks, with optimization of floor spaces of the company is developed.
To provide to IAD concerning development of mechanical engineering, the electrotechnical and aviation industry, standardization of products of the Cabinet of Ministers inclusion of "road map" of JSC Oniks in the corresponding drafts of decisions on the unprofitable, economically insolvent companies developed according to the order of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 25, 2014.
2. Agree with the offer of JSC Oniks general shareholder meeting and JSC Uzeltekhsanoat on realization in accordance with the established procedure of the buildings and constructions which are not used in production with the energy equipment and communications relating to them according to appendix No. 1.
Determine that means from realization of the objects specified in appendix No. 1 to this resolution are enlisted into the special account opened in OAKB "Uzpromstroybank" and go only for upgrade and modernization of production, and also repayment of the credits of bank.
3. Goskomkonkurention of the Republic of Uzbekistan to implement through the public biddings which are in operational management of JSC Oniks social objects according to the list, according to appendix No. 2.
