About acceptance of 37 problem debts of JSC Agroinvestbank on balance of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan

According to article 15 of the Constitutional law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan:

- accept on the balance 37 problem debts of JSC Agroinvestbank constituting the amount of 500 (five hundred) million somoni and their percent in the amount of 8 (eight) annual interest rates according to appendices 1 and 2;

- sign the relevant credit contracts with the companies and the organizations specified in appendix of 1 this resolution and according to the payment schedule to provide return of debts;

- together with the companies debtors given in appendix 2, debt of which has no mortgage providing, within 30 days to take urgent measures for pledge registration;

- in case of delay of the term provided in the third paragraph of this Item together with Agency on the state financial control and fight against corruption of the Republic of Tajikistan in cooperation with the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Tajikistan and other law enforcement agencies to check justification of granted loans and their target expenditure and to take measures for the solution of question of return of debts or their mortgage providing;

- according to the payment schedule to take necessary measures for return of problem debts;

- in case of untimely payment of the debts reflected in balance of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan to perform recovery of borrowing facilities according to the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan due to sale of pledged property;
