3) regulations of the state service "Consideration of the Petition of Physical and (or) Legal Entities for Inclusion of Objects in the State Register of Objects of National Cultural Property", according to appendix 3 to this order.
2. To provide to committee on culture of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) in accordance with the established procedure official publication of this order with the subsequent submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on publication;
3) placement of this order on the Internet resource of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. Declare invalid some orders of the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, according to appendix 4 to this order.
