About the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Government of the Republic of Belarus on cooperation in spheres of the higher and postgraduate education

1. Approve the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Government of the Republic of Belarus on cooperation in spheres of the higher and postgraduate education signed on May 31, 2013 in the city of Minsk.
2. To the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan together with the interested ministries and departments to take necessary measures for implementation of this agreement.
3. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan in accordance with the established procedure to notify the Belarusian side on accomplishment of the interstate procedures by the Republic of Tajikistan necessary for entry into force of the specified Agreement.
