For the purpose of further enhancement of activities of Administration of the President and the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, being guided by articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for economy of means of the government budget due to reducing office and motor transport on duty state bodies and local government bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 30, 2011 No. 767 the following change:

- state Item 6 in the following edition:

"6. Provide to Administration of the President and the Governments of the Kyrgyz Republic right of disposal of the office and vehicles on duty which are in its operational management, in economic maintaining its subordinated organizations in operational management, economic maintaining and urgent use to state bodies, within limit of vehicles, the stipulated in Item 2 presents of the resolution, and also to public institutions and the companies.".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Chief of staff of the Government - the minister of the Kyrgyz Republic.
