3.2. In case of exposure of NPT to the bank account of the third party having debt to the taxpayer confirmation that is necessary:

- the taxpayer is handed the notification not earlier than in 30 days prior to exposure of NPT (appendix No. 2);

- the third party having debt to the taxpayer is handed the notification (appendix No. 4);
