About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About rendering the state support to rural producers of the Kyrgyz Republic by change of repayment provisions of debt on the public borrowed funds" of November 13, 2012 No. 771

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About rendering the state support to rural producers of the Kyrgyz Republic by change of repayment provisions of debt on the public borrowed funds" of November 13, 2012 No. 771 the following changes:

- in paragraph one of Item 3 of figure "2015" to replace with figures "2025";

- in item 4:

in paragraphs the second and sixth to replace figures "2015" with figures "2025";

third to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"-debt repayment by equal shares within 12 years, with establishment of the schedule of annual repayment in 2013-2024;";

in paragraph five of figure "2014" to replace with figures "2024".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of agro-industrial complex and ecology of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
