About measures for timely and organized carrying out agricultural field works in 2014

1. To plenipotentiaries of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in areas, heads of local public administrations and local government bodies:

- provide placement of crops it agrees the Kyrgyz Republic offered by the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation to the structure of sown areas of crops for spring sowing in 2014 according to appendix 1;

- carry out broad explanatory work with rural producers on placement of the recommended structure of sown areas of crops by areas, ayylny aimags and business entities.

2. To heads of local public administrations and local government bodies with the assistance of the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation of the Kyrgyz Republic and its subordinated structural divisions:

- for increase in production of the certified seeds of crops, especially wheat and barley to create large seed-growing cooperatives based on the advanced seed-growing farms by allocation of the irrigated ploughland by it at the expense of 25 percent of the State fund of agricultural holdings based on the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About enforcement of the Land code of the Kyrgyz Republic";

- render assistance to agrotechnical customer services in completion by necessary spare parts, nodes and aggregates for timely and high-quality carrying out repair and maintenance suitable for use soil-cultivating, sowing, harvest, transport, weight measuring, grain - and the seed cleaning equipment;
