About approval of the Regulations on procedure for determination of level of knowledge of foreign language and issue of the qualification certificate
According to the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 10, 2012 No. PP-1875 "About measures for further enhancement of system of learning of foreign languages", and also for the purpose of implementation of National system of assessment and certification of level of knowledge of foreign language the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Approve:
Regulations on procedure for determination of level of knowledge of foreign language and issue of the qualification certificate, according to appendix No. 1;
the state sample of the qualification certificate on the level of knowledge of foreign language, according to appendix No. 2.
2. To the state center of testing under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, to the Ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education, the Ministry of national education together with other ministries and departments in a month:
make in the Cabinet of Ministers offers on the changes and amendments in the legislation following from this resolution;
bring departmental regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. I. Ikramov.
