According to Article 79 of the Budget code of the Russian Federation the Government of the Russian Federation decides:

Approve the enclosed Rules of implementation of capital investments in objects of state-owned property of the Russian Federation by budget funds of Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation.

Rules of implementation of capital investments in objects of state-owned property of the Russian Federation by budget funds of Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation

1. These rules establish procedure of budget investments in the form of capital investments in capital construction projects of state-owned property of the Russian Federation and (or) in acquisition of real estate units in state-owned property of the Russian Federation by budget funds of Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation (further respectively - budget investments, Fund).

2. Budget investments are performed according to regulatory legal acts of the Government of the Russian Federation or legal acts of governing body of Fund, stipulated in Item 3 Articles 79 of the Budget code of the Russian Federation (further - legal acts).
