Approve the enclosed Rules of implementation of capital investments in objects of state-owned property of the Russian Federation by budget funds of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation.

Rules of implementation of capital investments in objects of state-owned property of the Russian Federation by budget funds of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation

1. These rules establish procedure of budget investments in the form of capital investments in capital construction projects of state-owned property of the Russian Federation or in acquisition of real estate units in state-owned property of the Russian Federation by budget funds of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation (further respectively - objects, Fund, budget investments).

2. Budget investments are performed according to regulatory legal acts of the Government of the Russian Federation or legal acts of governing body of Fund.

3. Budget investments are performed by governing body of Fund within the means provided on these purposes by the Federal Law on the budget of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation for the next financial year and planning period.
