1. Approve:

2) Regulations of the state service "Approval of Activities of Foreign Religious Associations in the territory of the Republic, Appointments of Religious Associations as the Foreign Religious Centers of Heads in the Republic of Kazakhstan" according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. Recognize invalid some orders of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for religions according to appendix 3 to this order.

3. To administrative department (Akzam Zh. A.) together with Legal support division (Zhuanyshpayeva A. T.) provide in the procedure established by the legislation state registration and official publication in mass media of this order.

4. To administrative department (Akzam Zh. A.) after state registration to place this order on Internet resource of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for religions and to bring it to the attention of all structural divisions of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for religions.
