2. Item 4 of the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for implementation of actions for preparation and carrying out in Ukraine of final basketball tournament of the European championship of 2015 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 20, 2013 No. 141 (Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 19, Art. 651), to state in the following edition:
"4. Budgetary funds are allocated on:
designing, construction, reconstruction and capital repairs of sports arenas, other objects of sports infrastructure in the cities of holding the championship for the purpose of reduction of such objects in compliance with requirements of the European federation of basketball;
implementation of organizational actions for preparation and holding championship;
partial compensation of interest expenses on the borrowings involved to construction of multipurpose sports constructions (arenas) within preparation and holding the championship.".
