1. Approve:

1) regulations of the state service "Registration and Re-registration of Each Unit of Civil, Office Weapon of Physical Persons and Legal Entities" according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) regulations of the state service "Licensing for Implementation of Activities for Development, Production, Repair, Trade, Collecting, Exhibiting and Acquisition of Civil and Office Weapon and Cartridges to It" according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) regulations of the state service "Licensing for Implementation of Activities for Development, Production, Trade, Use and Acquisition of Civil Pyrotechnic Substances and Products with Their Application" according to appendix 3 to this order.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 21, 2011 No. 491 "About approval of Regulations of the state service "Registration and Re-registration of Each Unit of Civil, Office Weapon of Physical Persons and Legal Entities" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 7264 No. 157-158 is published in the newspapers "Kazakhstanskaya Pravda" of May 29, 2012 (26976-26977).
