a) in the paragraph the second Item 3 of the Decree of the word "in number of 738 units" shall be replaced with words "in number of 733 units";

b) in the Provision:

from paragraph one of Item 1 of the word "interactions with the Cossack societies," to exclude;

to declare subitem 27.4 of Item 7 invalid.

2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
