About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 12, 2014 No. 60

Bring in the deciding part of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 12, 2014 No. 60 "About approval of the Payment procedure of compensation of loss of part of the income in connection with cancellation of tax on owners of vehicles and other self-propelled machines and mechanisms and the corresponding increase in rates of the excise duty from fuel for physical persons which used privileges on the tax discharge from owners of vehicles" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 18, of the Art. 549) the following changes:
replace the word "Approve" with figure and the word "1. Approve";
add the deciding part with Item 2 following of content:
"2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2016.".
