About enhancement of state policy of price regulation on natural gas and rates for heat energy and ensuring strengthening of social protection of the population in case of payment of housing and communal services
For the purpose of enhancement of state policy of price regulation on natural gas and rates for heat energy and ensuring strengthening of social protection of the population in case of payment of housing and communal services the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
2. National joint stock company "Naftogaz of Ukraine" to perform forming of natural gas resource which is used for requirements of the population and subjects of managing which make heat energy, including the block (modular) boiler rooms established on roof and attached that use it for production and provision to the population of services in heating and supply of hot water, at the expense of amounts of gas of own production and the imported natural gas.
3. Recommend to the National commission performing state regulation in the field of power:
1) to perform determination of retail prices on natural gas for requirements of the population and in coordination with the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade and the limiting Ministry of Finance (maximum) level of prices for natural gas for the subjects of managing making heat energy including the block (modular) boiler rooms established on roof and attached that are used for production and provision to the population of services in heating and hot water service, on condition of maintaining by such subjects separate instrument and financial accounting of heat and hot water proceeding from uniform weighted purchase price on natural gas as goods depending on its origin (gas of own production and imported);
