Some questions of forming and establishment of rates for housing and communal services

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 26, 2006 No. 1010 "About approval of the Procedure for forming of rates for services in export of household waste" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2006, No. 30, Art. 2137; 2007, No. 16, Art. 586; 2009 No. 51, Art. 1737; 2011, No. 62, Art. 2472; 2013, No. 11, the Art. 412) and of June 1, 2011 No. 869 "About ensuring single approach to forming of rates for housing and communal services" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 62, Art. 2472; 2013, No. 1, the Art. 15, No. 11, the Art. 412) changes which are applied.

2. To the chairman of the board of ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, chairmen of the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations to activate interaction with local government bodies concerning regulation of rates for housing and communal services (except rates for heat energy, centralized water supply and drainage system which are established by the National commission performing state regulation in the field of utilities) and control on the specified rates.

3. No. 269 is excluded according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 17.07.2014
