For the purpose of implementation of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of December 9, 2011 "About adoption of the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of food products" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 880

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for state registration of production facilities on which activities for obtaining, conversion (processing) of not processed food (food) staples of animal origin are performed it (is applied).

2. No. 175 is excluded according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 25.03.2022

3. Determine that:

3.1. the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs performing activities for obtaining, conversion (processing) of not processed food (food) staples of animal origin till February 15, 2015 perform state registration of the production facilities belonging to them according to the procedure, established by this resolution;

3.2. till February 15, 2015 productive activity of the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs performing activities for obtaining, conversion (processing) of not processed food (food) staples of animal origin on the production facilities which are not included in the register of the production facilities on production of food products which are subject to state registration is allowed.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
