According to article 26 of the Law of Ukraine "About the refugees and persons needing additional or temporary protection" and article 11 of Bases of the legislation of Ukraine about health care the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for delivery of health care to some categories of foreigners and stateless persons on which the decision on document creation for the solution of question of recognition by the refugee or person needing additional protection, and recognized as refugees or persons who need additional protection is made and of compensation of cost of the medical services and medicines provided to the foreigners and persons without citizenship who are temporarily living or being in the territory of Ukraine it (is applied).

To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to inform the governments of foreign states on approval of the specified Procedure.

2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 22, 2011 No. 667 "About approval of the Procedure for delivery of health care to foreigners and stateless persons which temporarily are in the territory of Ukraine, and recognition voided some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 47, of the Art. 1910).
