1. In Appendix No. 2 - "Shall be replaced with words the list of the specific goods (services and intellectual property) exported and imported with receipt of the conclusion of the relevant state bodies" to the "Regulations of import and export transactions in the Azerbaijan Republic" approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of June 24, 1997 No. 609 in the column "State Bodies Which Conclusion Is Required" of the word "Caspian sea shipping company" "The public sea administration of the Azerbaijan Republic".
2. In the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About actions in connection with accomplishment of decisions of the International Baku conference on recovery of historical Silk way" of October 26, 1998 No. 4 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1998, No. 10, Article 612; 2003, No. 10, Article 546; 2004, No. 12, Article 1005; 2009, No. 10, Article 776) in parts 5 and 6 of the word "Azerbaijani State Caspian Sea Shipping Company" shall be replaced with words ""Azerbaijani Caspian Sea Shipping Company" private company.
