According to the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan", "About banks and banking activity", "About joint-stock companies and protection of shareholder rights" and "About allowing procedures in the field of business activity", and also the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 10, 2014 "About approval of regulations on procedure for passing by subjects of entrepreneurship of allowing procedures in the field of banking" the Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan decides No. 56:

1. Make changes and additions to the Regulations on procedure for change of the size of the authorized capital, shareholding structure, the name and the location, registration of changes and amendments in the charter of bank approved by Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan on November 9, 1998 No. 426 (рег. No. 573 of December 19, 1998), according to appendix.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

The changes and amendments made to Regulations on procedure changes of the size of the authorized capital, shareholding structure, the name and location, registration of changes and amendments in the charter of bank

1. In the paragraph the second Item 1.6 the word "permission" to replace with the word "decision".

2. Items 2.6 - 2.12 to recognize invalid.

3. Add Item 2.13 with the paragraph of the following content:

"Upon purchase of own shares by banks, banks shall get preliminary permission of the Central bank according to the Regulations on procedure for passing of allowing procedures in the field of banking activity approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of March 10, 2014 No. 56.".

4. Items 2.16 - 2.20.3 to recognize invalid.

5. Add Item 3.1 with the paragraph of the following content:

"Issue of prior consent of the Central bank to acquisition more than twenty percent of shares of bank is performed according to the Regulations on procedure for passing of allowing procedures in the field of banking activity approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of March 10, 2014 No. 56.".

6. Item 3.7 in paragraph one the word "permission" shall be replaced with words "prior consent".

7. Items 3.8 - 3.12 to recognize invalid.

8. To exclude from paragraph two of Item 3.13 of the word "specified in Item 3.8 of this provision".

9. To exclude from paragraph two of Item 6.3 of the word "on receipt of permission".

10. In the paragraph the second Item 6.4 the word of "consent" shall be replaced with words "decisions on change of the location of bank branch".

11. Item 6.5 in paragraph one to replace the word "permissions" with the word "decisions".

12. Declare appendix No. 2 invalid.
