1. Approve Standard regulations on the Board of trustees of the highest educational institution, according to appendix.
2. To provide to the ministries, the state committees and departments having the highest educational institutions in a month:
creation in subordinated highest educational institutions of the boards of trustees and to approve their members;
reduction of the regulatory legal acts adopted by them in compliance with this resolution.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. I. Ikramov.

1. This Standard provision regulates activities of the Board of trustees of the highest educational institution.

3. The board of trustees of the highest educational institution (further - Council) is created according to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About education", other acts of the legislation and is one of bodies of public management of the highest educational institution.
