1. Approve Regulations on procedure for forming, development, conducting examination, approval and projects implementation on providing the stabilized and safe omission of flood waters and mud streams on waterways of the Republic of Uzbekistan, according to appendix and to enact it since July 1, 2014.
2. To the ministry of emergency situations, the Ministry of agricultural and water economy, Gosarkhitektstroy of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with other interested ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan B. I. Zakirov.
