About approval of forms of the state licenses for the occupation right lawyer and notarial activities

According to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 5, 1997 "About lawyer activities" and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 14, 1997 "About notariate" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan decides:

1. Approve the enclosed forms:

state license for the occupation right lawyer activities;

state license for the occupation right notarial activities.

2. Recognize invalid paragraphs the fourth and fifth Item 3 of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 15, 1997 N 1262 "Questions of licensing of rendering the paid legal services which are not connected with lawyer activities, lawyer and notarial services, real estate appraisal" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1997 N 37, the Art. 359).

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
