About additional measures for realization in 2014 - 2016 of the International Labor Organization Conventions (ILO) ratified by the Republic of Uzbekistan

For the purpose of further implementation of the International Labor Organization Conventions ratified by the Republic of Uzbekistan, enhancement of the legislation and acceptance of additional measures for non-admission of forced and obligatory labor, and also to prevention of application of the worst forms of child labor the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Approve the Complex of additional actions for realization in 2014 - 2016 of the International Labor Organization Conventions (ILO) ratified by the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - the Complex of actions), according to appendix.

2. To the ministries and departments of the Republic of Uzbekistan to take necessary measures for timely and high-quality accomplishment of the approved Complex of actions.

3. To the ministry of employment and employment relationships of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

provide coordination of activities of bodies of the public and economic board, public authorities on places and other organizations for ensuring accomplishment of the obligations following from the ratified conventions of the ILO, and the Complex of actions;

together with Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and Tashkent to establish system monitoring and efficient control of non-admission by the organizations, and also physical persons of compulsion of children to work and observance by them of the regulations established by the legislation and working conditions of minors.
