About modification of Rules of preparation and decision making about provision of water object in use

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of preparation and decision making about provision of water object in use approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 30, 2006 No. 844 "About procedure for preparation and decision making about provision of water object in use" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, No. 1, Art. 295; 2009, No. 10, Art. 1237; 2012, No. 43, Art. 5875; 2013, No. 22, Art. 2816).

Changes which are made to Rules of preparation and decision making about provision of water object in use

1. In Item 2:

a) in the subitem "b" of the word of "waste and (or) drainage waters" shall be replaced with words "waste, including drainage, waters";

b) add with the subitem "m" of the following content:

"l) fence (withdrawal) of water resources from superficial water objects and their dumping when implementing aquaculture (fish breeding).".

2. In paragraphs one, the second, fourth and fifth Item 11 of the word of "waste and (or) drainage waters" shall be replaced with words "waste, including drainage, waters".

3. Add with Item 14 (2) the following content:

"14(2). The documents and data specified in paragraphs the second - the fourth Item 11 and subitems "an" - "in" Item 14 of these rules are attached to the statement for provision in use of water object for fence (withdrawal) of water resources from superficial water objects and their dumping when implementing aquaculture (fish breeding) except the documents specified in Item 10 of these rules.".
