For the purpose of determination of activities of National guard of the Kyrgyz Republic, in view of provisions of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About National guard of the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 12, 2014 56, being guided No. by articles 10, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve enclosed:

- Regulations on National guard of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- scheme of management of National guard of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. To the Ministry of Defence of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic in two-month time:

- submit in accordance with the established procedure for consideration of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic the regulatory legal acts following from this resolution;

- bring the decisions into accord with this resolution.

3. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic Kyrgyzstan "About approval of the Regulations on internal troops and the text of the Oath of the serviceman of internal troops of the Republic Kyrgyzstan" of June 2, 1992 No. 262.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of defense, law and order and emergency situations of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
